6.1 All bets placed on 366bet are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. In the event of a conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. 366bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction or data feed error.

6.3 Cricket Betting. All cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic board). In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet is accepted; bets placed after the relevant event has occurred will be voided.

6.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events. 10.3 A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 366bet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance not subject to a pending investigation will be returned to the player within 5 business days.
